The Glencallum - for the road less travelled
Glen Callum Bay sits on the Southern corner of the Isle of Bute close to the Firth of Clyde off the West coast of Scotland. For generations, the Rubh'an Eun lighthouse, which towers over Glen Callum Bay, has made safe the treacherous journey from Glasgow into the Firth of Clyde and beyond. The stunning bay with its rocky shoals, sandy beach and hardy lighthouse has always been a place treasured by brave, adventurous Scots as their last gasp of home before taking the road less travelled on their journey to the New World and beyond.
Limited edition single malts from Adelphi - 'Laudale' and 'Fascadale'
Nevis Design recently completed the branding and packaging for the limited edition single malt 'Fascadale' from Adelphi. Fascadale, meaning 'ship's haven', lies on the north-west point of the rugged, and timeless, Ardnamurchan peninsula where whispered tales of smuggling abound. Adelphi only select the finest casks, and bottle without colouring or chill filtration. Nevis has worked with Adelphi for more than twelve years and has created branding and packaging for a wide variety of special bottlings, selections of which are now available in exclusive outlets worldwide. This reflects their position as the most acclaimed independent bottler of single casks of rare malt whisky.
A special relationship

Nevis created the brand identity for Adelphi and for more than twelve years we have worked on the packaging for a wide variety of special bottlings. Branding a world-class whisky experience
Nevis created the new brand identity for the Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh. Formerly known as the Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre, the rebrand was an integral element of an ambitious £2m upgrade of the site into a world-class visitor attraction. The new branding appears on all of the Experience's communications, ranging from presentation materials and way-finding to various packaging projects.
Helping McClelland's achieve global success
Nevis recently rebranded McClelland's Single Malt Whisky for Morrison Bowmore Distillers. New packaging and supporting materials have helped the brand to succeed in a wide variety of territories including Taiwan, Holland, Austria, South Africa, Japan, Canada, France, Russia and the Netherlands. The brand has achieved projected annual growth of over 10%, well ahead of current market trends. Sly Old Fox
Nevis created the packaging for a limited edition 10 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky commemorating Simon Fraser, the 11th Lord Lovat. Known as the Old Fox for his cunning, Lovat was the last peer ever beheaded, his last words being: 'The more mischief, the better sport'. Simon Fraser, the current Lord Lovat, commissioned Adelphi Distillery to source a single cask of the highest quality, in order to pay tribute to his illustrious ancestor.
